FACT Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Qualification and Experience:

Senior Manager (Mechanical): Nine years of executive experience coupled with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Senior Manager (Marketing): Graduate degree in Agriculture or Management (two years), with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management OR Graduate diploma in Management (two years), with nine years of executive experience, with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management.
Officer (Sales): 60% on the B. Sc. Agriculture degree.
University degree is required for welfare officers. Obtained a degree or diploma in Social Science or Law with a Labour Law elective.
Chemical management trainee: a bachelor’s degree with 60% in engineering, specializing in either chemical engineering, petrochemical engineering, chemical technology, or petrochemical technology.
Mechanical engineering bachelor’s degree with 60% of the marks for a management trainee position.
Electrical Management Trainee: 60% on a bachelor’s degree in engineering, specializing in electrical, electrical and electronics, or electrical and instrumentation.
The ideal candidate for Management Trainee (Instrumentation) would have a 60% Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Electrical & Instrumentation.
Civil Engineering Bachelor’s Degree with 60% marks is required for the position of Management Trainee.
Fire and Safety Management Trainee: 60% on a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus on fire and safety.
Marketing Management Trainee: Two years of postgraduate degree in management with 60% of the possible points OR Two years of postgraduate diploma in management with 60% of the possible points (with specialization or elective in marketing management / agri business management).
Financial Management Trainee: Successfully complete the final test to become: (i) A Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants OR (ii) The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India’s designation of Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) or ICWAI.
Human resources and administration management trainees must complete two years of postgraduate coursework in HR, personnel management, industrial relations, labor welfare, social work, or business administration with a focus on personnel and HR management OR two years of postgraduate coursework in HR, personnel management, industrial relations, labor welfare, social work, or business administration with a focus on personnel and HR management, with a minimum of 60% marks.
Materials for a Management Trainee: A Bachelor’s degree in engineering OR a two-year postgraduate diploma in management with 60% of the scores, OR a two-year postgraduate degree in any area, including business management.
A bachelor’s degree in industrial or general chemistry OR a diploma in chemical engineering or chemical technology, including petrochemical technology, and two years of experience working in the analytical field, quality control, chemical control, process control, or research and development in a sizable fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical plant are prerequisites for the position of process technician.
Craftsman (Instrumentation): X Standard/Matric Pass with National Trade Certificate in the Instrumentation Trade and two years of experience in large-scale petrochemical, fertilizer, and chemical plants, as well as large-scale engineering organizations.
Rigger Assistant: 10th pass with 5 years of experience in large-scale fertilizer, chemical, and petrochemical plants, as well as big establishments in the engineering industry. Experienced in material handling, rigging, and other plant/equipment/maintenance-related tasks. should be physically fit and have a decent body.

How to Apply for FACT Recruitment 2024

Online applications submitted starting on February 17, 2024, using the FACT Official Website (fact.co.in).
Candidates must use their entire name as it appears on their matriculation or secondary examination certificate when submitting an application. The candidate must present a legitimate identity card with the name exactly matching the exam certificate, as previously specified.
The application fee must be paid by the candidates by electronic fund transfer, in accordance with the guidelines.
Candidates should also provide scanned copies of their income and asset certificates, caste, community, and handicap certificates, among other documents.
