206 Positions Available for OSSSC Pharmacist Notification 2024; Apply Online at osssc.gov.in: For the Combined Recruitment Examination – 2023 (III), the Odisha Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC), Bhubaneswar, has released an updated notice of vacancies for the pharmacist position. The OSSSC stated on January 16, 2024, that the demand has been updated for 206 Pharmacist posts, instead of the 1002 openings published earlier, due to the Health and Family Welfare Department’s revamping of the Odisha Pharmacist Service Cadre.
The OSSSC Combined Recruitment Examination – 2023 (CRE III) will serve as the basis for the Odisha Pharmacist 2024 selection process. Online registration for OSSSC CRE III 2023 opened on December 22, 2023, and it will close on February 15, 2024.
Pharmacy: Minimum High School Diploma with a science exam pass in the 12th grade from the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, or qualification comparable. Pharmacy diploma or B.Pharm.
Maximum Age:
As on January 1, 2023, the minimum age is 18 and the maximum age is 38. The Upper Age Relaxation is five years for women, SC, ST, SEBC, and PwD, and 10 years for others.
Additional Qualifications:
The candidate should possess the following skills: speaking, reading, and writing in Odia; passing the Middle School Examination in Odia as a language subject; passing the Matric or equivalent exam in Odia as the medium of examination in non-language subjects; passing the Class VII Final Exam in Odia as a language subject; or passing an exam in Odia in Middle English School Standard.

How to Apply OSSSC Pharmacist Recruitment 2024
Starting on December 22, 2023, candidates who meet the eligibility requirements must apply online using the Odisha OSSSC Online Application Portal (osssc.gov.in).
Applicants must upload scanned copies of their passport-size photo, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration in addition to providing all the other information.
Having a working personal email address and mobile number is crucial, and they should be maintained during the hiring process.
The online application registration deadline is Thursday, February 15, 2024.
